Inspect a used phone’s glass, camera cover, frame, back and ports with a guided checklist.
With permission, remove the case and inspect the phone in good light. Look for cracks, bending, unexpected gaps, a lifting back and damaged or dirty ports.
This is a visual buyer confirmation. A clean exterior does not prove no previous repair or hidden liquid damage. A screen protector can hide defects.
Do not pry off covers or insert objects into ports. If swelling is suspected, stop charging and arrange inspection.
