PhonePakka Privacy and Report Sharing
The standalone PhonePakka tool processes checks in your browser. You choose whether to share a report or save a PDF. Review the result before sharing it: shared links are not password-protected records.
Saved on this browser
Check progress and selected extracted evidence are saved in browser local storage so a recent session can resume. The saved progress can include the IMEI entered into the tool. A local ledger of up to 100 image hashes helps recognise reused screenshots; it does not store the original images. Clearing this site’s browser data removes these local records.
Screenshots and recordings
On the standalone website, bundled OCR reads screenshots locally. Raw screenshots are not included in shared report links. Test recordings and camera preview images stay in memory and are discarded when leaving their test. Saving a PDF or sharing a link creates a separate copy that you control. In an embedded host that provides an external screenshot-reading integration, processing may follow that host’s service instead.
Permissions and network requests
Some checks request camera, microphone, Bluetooth or location permission. You may refuse and leave the check unverified. PhonePakka does not save location coordinates. Browser and operating-system services may use network providers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, the website loads its assets, and connection tests contact the site. Hosting providers may keep ordinary request logs.
Shared reports
The generated summary masks the full IMEI and omits screenshot files. Its data is carried in the URL fragment. Anyone receiving that link can read or edit its contents. Copies and saved PDFs can remain after local progress is cleared. Check the report for personal information before sharing and avoid posting it publicly.
Official services
Sanchar Saathi links and SMS actions open separate services with their own terms. PhonePakka does not receive OTPs or submit the official verification form for you.
